“On the Runway”, Young designer’s competition that showcases modest wear, inspiring designs around the culture of Eastern countries through the implementation of theme east meets west. A Unique blend of Africa’s cultures with an Arabian flair themed “Arabian Nights”.
On The Runway promises to host the event of the year, the first and only modest wear Designer Competition on the 5th March 2010 at Muizenberg Civic Centre.
The partners in this event all share the same interest and there are top prizes up for grabs. Amani magazine-The only high modest fashion and lifestyle magazine will be sharing the judges panel with Jo Godden- Former Miss SA and Beauty Editor, as well as the Top Proudly SA Fashion Designer- Malick. The Night is packed with top entertainment including Hip Hop, Capoeira and Hectic Nine-9’s presenters Mathew Moolman, Loyiso and Laurian.
